No, cash only.

Where is a nearest bus stop?

If you take the public bus “Nyuto Line” from JR Tazawako station, Ganiba Onsen will be the last stop. The bus will stop right in front of us.  

Do you have a transportation service?

No, please use public transportation.

Do you open in winter?

Yes, we are open all seasons. 

Do you have an elevator?

No, we don’t have an elevator. Also please note that all guest rooms are on the second floor.

What time is check-in / check-out time?

Check-in from 2PM till 6PM.  Check-out is till 10AM. 

Can I buy the “Yumeguricho” (Hot spring hopping pass) before check-in?

Yes, please show your reservation details to any accommodation staff member in Nyuto Onsen, and you will be able to purchase it.
